How long does delivery take? Standard delivery takes 5–10 business days within Australia. Express delivery takes 2–4 business days. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Do you offer free shipping? Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $99 AUD.

Can I track my order? Absolutely. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

I haven't received my order — what should I do? If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@sydneyolivia.com and we'll sort it out straight away.


RETURNS & REFUNDS

What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with all tags attached.
