Return and Refund Policy
We want you to love every piece you receive from Sydney Olivia. If something isn't right, we're here to make it easy.
30-Day Return Window You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any item. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
How to Return
- Email us at support@sydneyolivia.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will send you a return authorisation and instructions within 1–2 business days.
- Pack your items securely and send them back using a tracked service.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Exchanges We're happy to exchange items for a different size or colour, subject to availability. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.
Non-Returnable Items For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on swimwear or earrings.
Return Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
